What does “all-inclusive” mean?
All-inclusive means having one hair care line accessible to women of all different age, race, ethnicities and hair types.
Each product was crafted to suit all hair types, textures and styles. Fine to coarse, treated to natural, curly to straight, each protein-rich and moisturizing miracle in a bottle works to protect, strengthen and nourish women’s hair and their souls.

Where are you based?
We are based in Chicago, IL but all of our products are formulated and manufactured in Riverside, California.

Ingredients
Are I am gorgeous® product ingredients organic?
Several of our products contain organic ingredients, however, none of our products are certified organic.
Does I am gorgeous® test on animals?
We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are formulated and manufactured in Riverside, California.
Are your products nut-free?
Some of our products contain nut oils such as argan and marula oil, while others do not. However, we cannot guarantee that our products were made in a nut-free facility.
Why are parabens, lanolin, and dyes bad for my hair?
Parabens can cause drying of the hair, irritation of the scalp, fading of hair color, and even hair loss. Lanolin is an oil produced by the sebaceous glands of sheep that can clog pores and weigh down hair. Colorants & dyes can cause skin irritation and worsen skin conditions.

Styling
Should I apply these products on wet or dry hair?
The I am gorgeous® Texture Spray can go on wet or dry hair.
The I am gorgeous® Styling Cream works best on wet hair.
The I am gorgeous® Hair Oil can go on wet or dry hair.
The I am gorgeous® Finishing Paste works best on dry hair.
Under the “how to use” tab on every product on our site you’ll find “George’s Tips”. There you can find step by step instructions on how our founder uses each product. These tips are also on every bottle!
Can I mix and match I am gorgeous® products?
Of course! Different hair types have different needs and some of our favorite looks are often the result of two or more I am gorgeous® products mixed together. Start your blow out with the Styling Cream to protect your hair from heat while providing a gentle hold for freshly-washed hair and finish it off with the Hair Oil for more shine and less frizz!

Shipping
How much is shipping?
We are pleased to offer fast and free shipping on all orders over $60, usually delivered within 2-3 business days. For orders below $60, standard shipping is $4.95.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For any order in the domestic United States, shipments will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Tracking information will also always be provided via email to the customer as soon as the order is processed.
The shipping times for overseas orders are fully dependent on the destination.
What carrier do you use to ship out your products?
We ship all of our products with FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to most global destinations via FedEx. However, there are some places that FedEx does not function in. The list for those countries can be found here:www.fedex.com/ie/contact/served-countries.html.
Do you ship to military addresses?
In order to ship to military addresses, the package must be shipped via USPS. Since USPS is not one of our typical courier services, we can offer this on a special request basis.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order begins shipping that will allow you to track the shipment details.
